Particular Terms and Conditions of the Service provided by “Conduit”.

The following are the terms of use of the integrated service between Gralcey S.A. (hereinafter, “belo”) and Conduit Blockchain Technologies, Inc. (hereinafter, “Conduit”) offered to its Registered Users (as defined below), which must be read, understood and accepted by those who use the service (hereinafter, the “Service” and the “Terms of Use”, particularly).

Acceptance

The User must carefully read and understand all the conditions set forth in these Terms of Use -which are binding on the General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy- prior to the use of the Service provided.

THE USE OF THE SERVICES IMPLIES SUFFICIENT PROOF OF ACCEPTANCE BY THE USER OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THE PRIVACY POLICY AND THE OTHER DOCUMENTS THAT REGULATE THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED TO USERS.

Any User who does not wish to accept these Terms of Use should refrain from using the Service.

Service

belo Users will be able to send money from their belo USDC account balance to their own or third party USD accounts. The destination account will receive dollars. To do so, the User will be asked to complete a form with details of the destination account.

Fees

A 1.5% commission is applied to the transactions made using the Service, which will be automatically deducted from the amount to be debited from the belo account.

Minimum and Maximum

The minimum amount to be transferred is 5,000 USD, the maximum is 500,000 USD.

Independence

Both belo and Conduit are independent companies. Registered Users must also read and understand Conduit's Terms and Conditions, since by accessing the Service, the User is entering a third party site unrelated to belo.

Intellectual Property

The mention of belo and Conduit's registered trademarks in the respective web pages and their dissemination is purely and exclusively within the framework of the joint alliance, each maintaining the intellectual property of its trademarks and rights over them.

Personal Data

By accepting these Terms of Use the User understands that information and data related to the use of the Conduit Service may be shared and/or disclosed between belo and Conduit and to third parties for the purpose of providing the service. The Registered User's data is not retained by belo when the Service is terminated.

Security and Responsibility

The Registered User will be the only responsible for the use of the Service, the instructions of transfers and movements that he/she carries out in the accounts of his/her ownership. Likewise, the Registered User undertakes to keep the passwords and not to share them with third parties and to take the utmost diligence and care since he/she understands that in case of loss, vulnerability, theft and/or filtration of the access information to his/her account, it is exclusively the Registered User who will be responsible for the losses and damages that this may cause him/her, keeping belo y Conduit indemnified from any claim referred to such damages.
