Terms of Use of the Payoneer Integration Services

The following are the terms of use of the integrated service between Gralcey S.A. (hereinafter, “belo”) and Payoneer Inc. (hereinafter, “Payoneer”) offered to Registered Users (as defined below), which must be read, understood and accepted by those who use the service (hereinafter, the “Service” and the “Terms of Use”, particularly).

Acceptance

The User must carefully read and understand all the conditions set forth in these Terms of Use -which are binding on the General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy- prior to using the Service provided.

Registered Users must also read and understand Payoneer's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, since by accessing the Service, the User is entering a third party site outside belo to which certain conditions apply.

THE USE OF THE SERVICES IMPLIES SUFFICIENT PROOF OF ACCEPTANCE BY THE USER OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THE PRIVACY POLICY AND THE OTHER DOCUMENTS THAT REGULATE THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED HERE.

Any User who does not wish to accept these Terms of Use must refrain from using the Service.

Registered User

The Registered User is defined as a Belo User over 18 years of age who has a Belo Account and who also has an active Payoneer account.

Service

Belo Users will be able to link their Payoneer account with their Belo Account in order to transfer available balances from the Payoneer account to the Belo Account. The transferred amounts are credited to the Belo Account exclusively in USDC. Only one Payoneer account can be linked to the Belo Account and this account cannot be modified afterwards.

Commissions

A 4% (four) commission is applied to transactions made using the Service, which will be automatically deducted from the amount to be debited from the Payoneer account.

Minimums and Maximums

The Registered User may make a maximum of 5 (five) withdrawals per day and up to 30 (thirty) withdrawals per month.

The maximum amount per transfer is 5,000 USD per day and 20,000 USD per month.

The minimum amount to make a transfer is 5 USD.

Termination of Service

The Registered User may terminate the Service immediately, at any time and at his/her sole discretion, by unlinking his/her Payoneer account from the belo App.

Independence

Both belo and Payoneer are independent companies and are individually liable to their users.

Intellectual Property

The mention of belo's and Payoneer's trademarks on the respective web pages and their diffusion is made purely and exclusively within the framework of the integration for the provision of the Service mentioned herein, each one maintaining the intellectual property of its trademarks and rights over them.

Personal Data

By accepting these Terms of Use the User understands that information and data related to the use of the Payoneer Service may be shared and/or disclosed between belo and Payoneer and to third parties for the purpose of providing the service. The Registered User's data is not retained by belo when the Service is terminated.

Security and Responsibility

The Registered User will be the only responsible for the use of the Service, the instructions of transfers and movements that he/she carries out in the accounts of his/her ownership. Likewise, the Registered User agrees to keep the passwords and not to share them with third parties and to take the utmost diligence and care since he/she understands that in case of loss, vulnerability, theft and/or leakage of the access information to his/her account, it is exclusively the Registered User who will be responsible for the losses and damages that this may cause him/her, holding belo and Payoneer harmless from any claim referred to such damages.
