The following are the terms of use of the integrated service between Gralcey S.A. (hereinafter, "belo") and Vita Solutions SpA (hereinafter, "Vita") offered to belo Users, which must be read, understood and accepted by those who use the international transfer service within the Application (hereinafter, the "Service").

Acceptance

USE OF THE SERVICES IS SUFFICIENT PROOF OF THE USER'S EXPRESS ACCEPTANCE OF BELO'S GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE, AND PRIVACY POLICY, VITA'S TERMS, CONDITIONS AND POLICIES OF USE, VITA'S PRIVACY POLICIES (hereinafter collectively "the Terms").

Therefore, it is important that you carefully read and understand all of the conditions set forth in the Terms prior to using the Service provided. Any User who does not wish to accept the Terms should refrain from using the Service.

All capitalized terms used in this section shall have the meaning assigned to them or, in their absence, that which arises from the General Terms of Service.

Independence

Both belo and Vita are independent companies. By using the Service, the User understands that certain functions depend on third parties outside of belo and belo is not responsible for any failures, delays or errors that may occur during the provision of the Service.

Service

belo Users will be able to make international transfers through the services provided by Vita Wallet. In this way, the belo User can receive and send payments using his/her payment profile to any of the destinations included in the Application.

Currency conversion may vary from one moment to another, as well as the amount of the quote provided and the one actually applied at the moment of executing the transfer.

Transfers may take up to 72 hours to be credited. The User understands that there may be delays not attributable to belo in the processing of the transfers and agrees to hold belo harmless in relation to any damages that such delays may cause to the User.

Limits

A minimum amount may be required in order to make a transfer, which will be indicated in each particular case within the Application and/or in the transaction itself. The maximum amount of transfers is USDT 8,000 (or equivalent) per beneficiary.

Refunds

Any refund or reversal will be credited to the User's account in USDT, regardless of the currency used to make the transfer.

Request for Information

belo, on its own or at Vita's request, may require additional information from the User, either from the person transferring or the beneficiary of the transaction, which may include (but is not limited to) identity document of the final beneficiary, proof of residence, reason for payment and any other document required in support of the transaction.

Intellectual Property

Mention of belo's and Vita's trademarks in the Application and on the respective websites and their dissemination is made purely and exclusively within the framework of the Service, each maintaining the intellectual property of its trademarks and rights over them.

Personal Data

By accepting these particular Terms the User understands that information and data related to the use of the Service may be shared and/or disclosed between belo and Vita and to third parties involved for the purpose of providing the Service. The Registered User's data is not retained by belo when the Service is terminated. belo's Privacy Policy applies here.

Security and Liability

The User shall be solely responsible for the use of the Service, the transfer instructions and movements made in the accounts owned by the User. Likewise, the User agrees to keep the passwords and not to share them with third parties and to take the utmost diligence and care since he/she understands that in case of loss, vulnerability, theft and/or leakage of the access information to his/her account, it is exclusively the Registered User who will be responsible for the losses and damages that this may cause him/her, holding belo and Vita harmless from any claim related to such damages.

Modifications

Any request, inquiry, complaint and, in general, any communication to belo should be sent to the Help Center indicated in the app or to [email protected]. Belo reserves the right to modify, alter or update these Particular Terms and Conditions at any time, as well as to modify any content included in the services offered through the app, applying, therefore, what is established in the section "Modification of the General Terms and Conditions" of the General Terms and Conditions.
