PARTICULAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Referral Program

These terms and conditions (the "Particular Terms and Conditions") shall apply to the Referral Program (the "Program"), which rewards both registered Users who recommend the platform and unregistered third parties who enter with a referral code and meet certain usage requirements as detailed herein.

KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE PARTICULAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Particular Terms and Conditions must be read, understood and accepted by the User, together with the "General Terms of Service", the Privacy Policy and the particular terms of each program that belo App offers. Anything not set forth in these Particular Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the General Terms of Service including, without limitation, the provisions regarding liability and indemnity and definitions. In the event of any differences between the provisions of the General Terms of Service and the Particular Terms and Conditions, the conditions set forth in the Particular Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

IT IS HEREBY NOTED THAT ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT THE GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE PARTICULAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH ARE OF A MANDATORY AND BINDING NATURE, MUST REFRAIN FROM USING THE BELO APP AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND THE BENEFITS OFFERED THEREIN.

1. ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP

Any person who accesses the belo App and registers by following the steps determined by the belo App shall be referred to as a "User" and by using the belo App the User expressly accepts these Particular Terms and Conditions which are binding on him/her.

2. CAPACITY AND REGISTRATION. PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF INFORMATION

The Program is available exclusively to those Users of the belo App who have the legal capacity to contract, that is, to acquire rights and contract obligations. Users who do not comply with the conditions of the "Capacity" and "Registration" sections of the General Terms of Service will not be able to access and/or acquire the benefits of the Referral Program. Belo reserves the right to request any other information and/or documentation it deems relevant for the purposes of compliance with its "Know Your Customer" (KYC) policy. Likewise, information may be requested in relation to the "Privacy and Protection of Information" section of the General Terms of Service. In any event, belo reserves the right to disable and/or suspend -temporarily or permanently- the Services provided to Users through the belo App due to improper, malicious or fraudulent use and/or suspicion of such use or any breach of these Particular Terms and Conditions and/or the General Terms of Service.

3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

All Users may participate in the Program by sharing the "Referral Code" available in the "Recommend belo" section within the User's profile so that third parties - who are not yet Users of the belo App (hereinafter, the "Referrer")- may download the Application and register as belo Users.

As a condition to be considered a "Referral", the person must have entered the "Referral Code" given by the "Referrer" during his/her first login and have successfully completed the registration steps (which may include, but is not limited to, first and last name, ID, email validation, corresponding identification document - front, back and selfie with the document) and any other documentation or information requested by the company.

A person who has registered as a belo User without having entered the "Referral Code" will not be considered a "Referrer" and therefore will not generate benefits to the Referrer.

4. BENEFITS

The Referrer shall have access to the following benefits when the conditions set forth in item 5 are fulfilled.

Limits. The monthly limit of reward that the Referrer will be able to access will be 10,000 USDT/USDC per month and the benefit will apply to the trading volume of the first three full months since the Referrer opened the account. In other words, the amount traded by the Referrer after the fourth month will not generate profits.

5. ACCESS TO BENEFITS

The Referrer can view the number of Referrals in "My profile - More options: Refer belo".

The sum of traded volume will be computed per calendar month.

Only the transactions made by the Referred Users using five functionalities will be considered: (i) Payoneer balance withdrawals; (ii) cashouts abroad in euros; (iii) cashouts abroad in dollars; (iv) cashouts to Brazilians through Pix; (v) payments to Brazilians through Pix; excluding any of the other functionalities available in the belo app. Between the 1st and the 10th of each subsequent month, the Referrer will receive in his/her belo Account the corresponding amount according to the transaction volume reached by his/her Referrals, being notified via email.

6. TERM

The Program will be effective as of October 16, 2023 at 0:hs (GMT-3) ending at 23:59 hs (GMT-3) on October 31, 2024.

7. OF REFERRALS

As of December 1, 2023, the Referred User will also have access to the benefits foreseen in point 4 automatically by the sole fact of registering with a referral link. The computation of traded volume will begin to be counted as from the month following the month of registration in the App.

The sum of traded volume shall be computed per calendar month.

Only transactions made through the use of the following functionalities will be contemplated: (i) Payoneer balance withdrawals; (ii) foreign collections in euros; (iii) foreign collections in dollars; (iv) collections to Brazilians through Pix; (v) payments to Brazilians through Pix; excluding any of the other functionalities available in the belo app. Between the 1st and the 10th of each subsequent month, the Referrer will receive in his/her belo Account the corresponding amount according to the volume of transactions reached by him/her.

8. LIMITATION OF BELO'S LIABILITY. INDEMNITY

The User expressly and irrevocably undertakes to hold belo and/or its related and affiliated companies, shareholders, officers, directors, managers, representatives and employees absolutely harmless with respect to any claim and/or lawsuit and/or extrajudicial, administrative or judicial sanction, initiated by other Users, third parties or by any Agency, related to their activities on the App, compliance and/or non-compliance with these Particular Terms and Conditions and the General Terms of Service, or in case of verification of the existence of fines and/or debts of any kind generated by the User or the User's activity carried out on or through the belo App.

The User agrees that the use of the belo App and the Benefits of the Referral Program is at the User's own, sole and exclusive responsibility. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including, without limitation, damages caused by loss of chance, loss or deterioration of information, marketing actions, delays, interruptions and defects that may exist in transmissions, through the use of the Site, as well as viruses or system failures, provided that this is not attributable to the Company due to fraud or gross negligence declared as such by a court judgment or final and definitive arbitration award issued by a competent court.

9. BELO CONTACT. MODIFICATION OF THE PARTICULAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any request, inquiry, complaint and, in general, any communication to belo should be sent to the Help Center indicated in the belo App.

belo reserves the right to modify, alter or update these Particular Terms and Conditions as well as to terminate the Program at any time, as well as to modify any content included in the services offered through the belo App, therefore the provisions set forth in the "Modification of the General Terms and Conditions" section of the General Terms of Service shall apply.
