These terms and conditions (the "Particular Terms and Conditions") apply to the Referral Program (the "Program"), which rewards both registered Users who recommend the platform and unregistered third parties who join through a referral code and meet certain usage requirements, as detailed below.
KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE PARTICULAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Particular Terms and Conditions must be read, understood, and accepted by the User, together with the General Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the particular terms of each service offered by the App. Anything not established in these Particular Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the General Terms of Service, including, without limitation, the liability, indemnity, and definitions regime. In case of discrepancies between both instruments, these Particular Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
All undefined terms have the meaning assigned in the General Terms and Conditions.
IT IS HEREBY NOTED THAT ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT THE GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE AND THESE PARTICULAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH ARE MANDATORY AND BINDING, MUST REFRAIN FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND THE BENEFITS OFFERED THEREIN.
1. ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
Any person who accesses the App and completes their registration according to the established steps shall be referred to as "User". By participating in the Program, the User expressly accepts these Particular Terms and Conditions, which are mandatory.
2. CAPACITY AND REGISTRATION. PRIVACY AND INFORMATION PROTECTION
The Program is exclusively available to Users of the App who have legal capacity to enter into contracts, i.e., to acquire rights and undertake obligations. Users who do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions may not access or obtain benefits from the Program.
The Developer reserves the right to request any additional information and/or documentation it deems pertinent for compliance with its "Know Your Customer" (KYC) policy, as well as to disable or suspend -temporarily or permanently- the Services to Users for improper, malicious, fraudulent use or suspicion thereof, or for any breach of these Particular Terms and Conditions.
3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Users enabled by the Developer according to internal eligibility criteria may participate in the Program by sharing their Referral Code so that third parties who are not yet Users (hereinafter, the "Referred User") download the App and register. The Developer reserves the right to determine which Users have access to the Program at any given time.
To be considered a Referred User, the person must have entered the "Referral Code" provided by the "Referring User" during their first access to the App, have successfully completed all registration steps established by the Developer, and comply with the mechanics set out below.
A person who has registered as a User without entering the corresponding Referral Code shall not be considered a "Referred User" and therefore will not generate any benefit for the Referring User.
4. PROGRAM MISSIONS
The Program is based on a system of usage missions within the App. The Referred User will unlock their reward in stages, as they complete clear and verifiable missions within the App. The missions are visible on the platform and are described below:

Mission 1 | The Referred User must make a deposit of at least 100 Tether USD ("USDT") (or equivalent) into their Belo Account.
Only the following operations performed by the Referred User will be counted: (i) deposits in Virtual Assets and/or Argentine Pesos; (ii) Payoneer balance withdrawals; (iii) foreign collections in euros; (iv) foreign collections in USD; (v) collections from Brazilians via Pix. All other functionalities available in the App are excluded.

Mission 2 | The Referred User must complete their first transaction.
Only the following operations performed by the Referred User will be counted: (i) purchases with any of the cards available in the App; (ii) Pix payments; and (iii) QR payments. All other functionalities available in the App are excluded, including local withdrawals. |
Mission 3 | The Referred User must use at least one in-app feature.
Only the following operations performed by the Referred User will be counted: (i) exchange between Virtual Assets; (ii) Automatic Purchase within the App. All other functionalities available in the App are excluded. |
For both the Referred User and the Referring User to access all the rewards provided, the Referred User must complete Mission 1 and Mission 2 and/or Mission 3 within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of their registration in the App with the Referral Code. Once this period has elapsed without completing the required missions, the referral will expire and the Referring User will not receive any reward for that Referred User.
5. BENEFITS
The Referring User and the Referred User will access the following benefits once the conditions set forth in this section and in section 4 are met:

Referring User Reward: The Referring User will earn a reward of USDT 3 for each valid Referral.
Referred User Reward: The Referred User will receive a total of USDT 5, distributed in two (2) equal parts of USDT 2.5 each: the first part upon completing Mission 1, and the second part upon completing Mission 2 or Mission 3.
Time window: The thirty (30) calendar day period to complete the missions shall be counted from the date of registration of the Referred User in the App with the Referral Code, regardless of when Mission 1 is completed. Once this time has elapsed without completing the required missions, the benefit will expire for both the Referred User and the Referring User, with no right to claim.
Referral Code Mechanics: The Referral Code will be available to be shared by the User from the moment of their registration, without any prior condition. The Referred User's own reward will be progressively unlocked upon completing each mission: USDT 2.5 upon completing Mission 1, and an additional USDT 2.5 upon completing Mission 2 or Mission 3. The Referring User's reward will be credited once their Referred User has completed Mission 1 and Mission 2 or Mission 3, within thirty (30) days from the registration of the Referred User with the Referral Code.
The granting of benefits provided in this Program is subject to availability and a maximum total fund limit allocated by the Developer for each operating market. Once said quota is reached - which is managed internally and at the Developer's discretion- we reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the delivery of benefits immediately and without prior notice. The completion of missions by the User after the quota for the corresponding market has been exhausted will not generate any right to claim or obligation to credit rewards by the Developer.
6. ACCESS TO BENEFITS
Rewards will be credited to the User's account in USDT within ten (10) business days after verification of compliance with the corresponding missions. Once the mechanics set forth in these Particular Terms and Conditions have been completed, the User will be notified through the communication channels available in the App.
The Developer reserves the right to audit compliance with the missions and to reject or reverse credits in the event of irregularities, fraudulent use, breach of these Particular Terms and Conditions, or any conduct contrary to good faith.
7. EXCLUSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
The following cases will be excluded from the Program and will not generate any benefit:
Referred Users who registered without having entered a valid Referral Code.
Referred Users who do not complete Mission 1 within the registration process and the deadlines stipulated in these Particular Terms and Conditions, or who do not meet the KYC requirements demanded by the Developer.
Referred Users who do not complete Mission 2 or Mission 3 within thirty (30) calendar days from their registration with the Referral Code.
Operations carried out with funds from illicit activities or that do not pass the applicable regulatory compliance controls.
Participation in the Program through the use of multiple accounts, false identities, automated means, or other fraudulent conduct.
Referred Users who already had an active account in the App at the time of registering with the Referral Code.
Users whose KYC process was carried out with documentation issued by the Republic of Paraguay or the Republic of Chile. Users under these jurisdictions may not act as Referrers or be considered valid Referrals for the purpose of obtaining rewards under this Program.
8. PROGRAM DURATION
The Program will be in effect from April 30, 2026, at 0:00 hs (GMT-3) until 23:59 hs (GMT-3) on August 13, 2026.
The Developer reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time, without stating reasons, with prior notification to Users through the App or official communication channels.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. INDEMNITY
The User expressly and irrevocably undertakes to keep the Developer and/or its affiliated and associated companies, shareholders, officers, directors, administrators, representatives, and employees completely harmless from any claim, demand, or sanction — extrajudicial, administrative, or judicial — filed by other Users, third parties, or governmental bodies, related to their participation in the Program or to the breach of these Particular Terms and Conditions and/or the General Terms of Service.
The User acknowledges that their participation in the Program and the use of the associated benefits is undertaken at their own, exclusive, and sole responsibility. The Developer is not liable for direct or indirect damages, including without limitation: loss of chance, loss or deterioration of information, delays, interruptions or defects in transmissions, viruses, system failures, nor for any other circumstance beyond its fraud or gross negligence as declared by a final court judgment or arbitration award.
10. CONTACT AND AMENDMENT OF THE PARTICULAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All requests, inquiries, claims, or communications to the Developer must be submitted through the Help Center indicated in the App.
The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the Program at any time, as well as to modify any content included in the services offered through the App. Such modifications will be communicated in accordance with the provisions of the "Updates and Modifications" section of the General Terms of Service.
