📌 What is the belo dollar account?
It's a receiving account in your name in the United States that allows you to receive USD payments from abroad via ACH or Wire transfers.
The funds are automatically credited in your belo account in USDC, a stable cryptocurrency equivalent to the dollar.
🧾 Which data do I receive by creating the account?
When you enable your dollar account, you'll receive the following banking data:
- Account's owner name 
- Bank's name 
- Bank's address 
- Routing Number 
- Account Number 
- Account Type 
⏱ In how much time do the funds get credited?
- ACH: between 2 to 4 business days 
 (if sent before 4:00 p. m. EST, could be credited in the same day).
- Wire: between 2 to 4 business days 
 (if sent before 5:00 p. m. EST, could be credited in the same day).- ⚠️ Paypal transfers may take up to 3 weeks. - Note: Bank holidays in the US are not considered business days. 
🏦 Which transfer types can I receive?
- ACH: standard electronic transfers inside the US. 
- Wire: fast and direct bank transfers inside the US. 
❗ We don't allow SWIFT transfers.
🤔 Does receiving dollars have any costs?
💰 Deposit fees:
- ACH transfers: 0,3% of the total amount, with a minimum fee of $0,5 USD. 
- Wire transfers: $20 USD per transaction. 
❗ Account opening fee: Opening your USD or EUR account costs $3 USD, and it's valid for one year from activation.
👉 If you already have a euro account, opening a dollar account is free — and vice versa.
💰 What can you do with your USDC balance?
- Withdraw to a local currency bank account 
- Set up an Automatic purchase 
- Convert to pesos, pay for services, or use your card if you’re in Argentina 
- Pay via Pix if you’re in Brazil 
- Buy from over 10,000 gift cards in the Bitrefill catalog 
⚠️ Does receiving dollars have any limits?
There are minimum and maximum limits 👇
- The minimum amount to receive a standard ACH transfer its $200 USD. - This minimum doesn't apply to microdeposit verifications. 
- The maximum third-party limit per transaction its $4000 USD. - Transactions above this limit will be reversed to the sender 🚨 
- This limit doesn't apply to same name transfers, or transfers sent by business accounts. 
 
- You can receive up to $14.000 USDT per month in your account. - 👉 If this amount gets exceeded, the transfer won't be automatically credited to your account and you'll need to contact our support team to solve it. 
❗ Transfers of $1 USD and less are considered a microdeposit, and they don't get credited to your belo account.
🌎 Can I receive transfers from all over the world?
No, our provider has restrictions on some countries, and you can't receive a transfer from them.

❗ Your US account may be paused or disabled by receiving a transfer from any of those countries.
❓ Is this a real bank account?
Yes, this is a US bank account in your name.
Nonetheless, the funds does not stay as traditional dollars: when credited, they get automatically converted to USDC and you can manage them from your belo account as cryptocurrencies funds.
🕵️♂️ What to do if a transfer doesn't get credited?
If the expected time gets exceeded and the deposit isn't credited, please contact us through the Help Center section in the app.
👉 It's essential to have the transfer receipt. Pleas ask to the sender a receipt that includes:
- Trace ID (if it's an ACH transfer) 
- IMAD (if it's a Wire transfer) 
- The account number and routing number 
- Amount, date and time 
- A receipt's screenshot or PDF
