Important information about Pix payments on belo ❗
⚠️ Payments are final and cannot be canceled.
👀 If your payment shows as successful in your account but the merchant didn’t receive it, you can open a claim with the merchant using the Pix transaction ID shown on your receipt.
❌ Do not make a second payment — it will be debited again and you’ll need to sort a refund with the merchant.
🚨 Payments are credited to our provider’s account (not to your personal name). If the recipient asks for more info about the payment source, contact us via the app chat or by email at [email protected] 📧
💸 Minimum payment amount is R$5, and payments must be to external users (you cannot pay a QR generated by belo’s own receiving/collection feature). In that case, you can send money instantly and free via the recipient’s $belotag.
