Terms and Conditions - "An Extra Salary" Award

The following are the specific terms and conditions that apply to Users who participate in the “AN EXTRA SALARY” benefit (the “Program”) as detailed below.

Terms used in capital letters not defined here will have the same meaning attributed to them in the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Application and the Specific Terms that apply.

PROGRAM VALID ONLY FOR USERS FROM ARGENTINA, BRAZIL, AND MEXICO.

  1. ORGANIZER: The organizer is Gralcey S.A., located at Andes 1365 Apt: 308 - MONTEVIDEO, República Oriental del Uruguay, RUT 218765580018 (hereinafter, the “Organizer”).

  2. DURATION: The Program will take effect at 00:00 hours (GMT-3) on MAY 1, 2024, and will govern, unless modified by these terms and conditions, until MAY 15, 2024, at 23:59 hours (GMT-3) inclusive (the “Validity Period”).
    ​

  3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS - PARTICIPANT: Human persons over 18 years of age, residents of Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico, who are “Users” of the Belo Application and fund their account with the Payoneer money-in feature during the DURATION may participate in the Program. It is expressly stated that the BENEFIT IS NOT CUMULATIVE with other benefits granted by the Organizer or by other providers of the Organizer.

  4. PLACE AND DATE OF ASSIGNMENT AND AWARDING OF THE BENEFIT: Three (3) Beneficiaries - one per participating country - will be selected on May 20, 2024, at 10:00 hrs (GMT-3), using the system https://www.sortea2.com/. The selection will be made among all Users who meet all the requirements of this Program and who have used the money entry functionality through Payoneer during the DURATION.

  5. THE BENEFIT: Beneficiaries will receive as a prize the equivalent of the maximum amount entered by the User in a transaction during the DURATION, using the Payoneer functionality. Benefit limit: 1000 USDT/USDC. The Benefit will be credited to the User's account in the APP within 5 business days following May 20, 2024.

  6. RESOLUTORY CONDITION: Non-compliance with any of these terms and conditions, lack of information (or false or erroneous information), and/or documentation required by the Organizer or detection of any fraudulent or suspicious operation will cause potential creditors to lose the right to the assignment of the Benefit.

  7. The Organizer will be solely responsible for the execution of the Program, and therefore will be the only one responsible for determining the mechanics of assignment, control, supervision, testing, etc. of the entire process described in these Terms.

  8. MODIFICATIONS: These terms and conditions may be suspended, canceled, and/or modified in whole or in part, at any time, at the sole discretion of the Organizer, and without any right to claim by the participants. The Organizer is the only legal entity with sufficient and legally valid authority to interpret all and any issues that arise concerning these terms and conditions.

  9. Program participants agree to receive notifications and communications related to this Program and the Application.
