The belo app lets you transfer that money easily to your wallet so you can start using it in your country, in your own currency. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide.

Log in to your Upwork account, go to Profile, and then select Settings. Look for the “Get Paid” option and click “Add Method.”

Under “Direct to U.S. Bank (USD)”, click “Set up” to enter your belo USD account details.

If you haven’t yet opened your USD receiving account in belo, you can do it right from the app by tapping “Deposit” → “Money from abroad” → “Dollars”. Read the details, confirm the account opening, and copy your account information.

Then, back in Upwork, fill out the form with your belo USD account details and click “Continue.”Don’t forget to select “Individual checking” as your account type.

Before finishing, if this is your first time withdrawing funds, Upwork will ask you to complete the W-8BEN form.

It only takes a few seconds. Just fill it in with your tax country information, confirm you’re not a U.S. citizen, and add your legal name and contribution type.

That’s it! ✅ You can now use your Upwork balance in your belo wallet safely and conveniently. Since this is a U.S. transfer, your funds will be credited to your belo account as USDC, a stablecoin pegged to the market value of the U.S. dollar.
