The USD account subscription is valid for one year from the date of activation. This account allows you to receive USD payments from abroad via ACH or Wire transfers, which are automatically credited to your belo account in USDC.
Having an active USD account lets you access your funds quickly and without intermediaries.
🔄 How does the renewal work?
Annual renewal with fee
The subscription renews automatically one year after your account was opened.
The renewal fee is 5 USD, which is automatically debited in USDC or USDT at the time of renewal.
To avoid service interruption, make sure you have available balance. If not, you can deposit the equivalent of 5 USDC or USDT.
❌ Don't want to renew?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the app by following these steps:
Go to Deposit → USD
Choose the source: From abroad (ACH) or From abroad (Wire)
Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner
Select Cancel subscription
👉 Important: If you cancel your subscription, your USD account will remain active until the current expiration date. Once that date is reached, the account will automatically close and won’t be renewed.
If you wish to use it again in the future, you’ll be able to subscribe again from the app, paying the applicable fee.
