If a trip paid with your belo account was rejected or canceled on the Uber platform, and a refund was issued, you will need to have the receipt available from their application so that we can claim the crediting of these funds from our PIX service provider.

Now with PIX, you can top up your Uber balance to use on your next trips directly from their app. Should you have any issues with your payment, the refund will be applied directly within Uber.
