Using your balance in belo, you can pay more than 9,000 services from the app. Among the available options is the VEP (Electronic Payment Slip): a tool that allows you to pay different taxes and obligations online.
When you have to pay something to ARCA, you generate a VEP from their website, which gives you a code to make the payment on enabled platforms, such as banks or virtual wallets.
👉 There are different types of VEPs you can generate. The "VEP from debt" is an option specifically designed to settle debts you have with ARCA; which is key when you fall behind on a payment, such as Monotributo, VAT, Income Tax, or any other tax.
Generate a VEP on ARCA from your computer
Access the ARCA website and log in with your CUIT and Clave Fiscal
In the menu, select Presentación de DDJJ y Pagos and then Generar VEP
Choose the tax or obligation you want to pay and the corresponding period
When generating the VEP, select the Pagar con QR option as the payment method. The system will automatically generate a QR code
Open the belo app from your cell phone
Scan the QR from belo
In the belo app:
On the app's main screen, tap the Pay services button > then Pay services
In the search bar, enter "ARCA"
Select the Scan QR code option. Next, click on Search by QR code
Scan the QR you generated on the ARCA website from your computer
You will see the pending invoice and the due date for the payment on the screen. Click on it
Verify that all the data is correct and press Pay to confirm the transaction
And that's it! You will receive a payment confirmation along with the receipt once the transaction has been processed ✅
Which balance is used to pay the VEP?
You can use the available balance in the belo app, whether in pesos or cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC, SOL, ETH, or BTC). This means that if you receive payments from abroad, you can use that money directly, without complications or the need to convert it to another currency beforehand.
👉 The balances deducted for service payments will match your payment currency order, a feature you will find in your profile section
