This receipt will include an essential info: the Bitrefill Invoice ID, a unique code linked to your gift card purchase. This identifier is essential to manage any complaint, if you experience an issue 👇

Bitrefill will require this code, in case you need to make any complaint. Whether you haven't receive the confirmation email with the gift card, you can't redeem the code, or facing any other issue with the service, the Invoice ID will be essential for Bitrefill to identify and solve the problem.
Where do I find the Bitrefill Invoice ID?
You'll access to this info in the payment receipt. You can check it at any moment, in the "Last movements" in your belo account:
Enter to the belo app.
Slide to the section "Last movements", and "See all".
Search and click the Bitrefill's receipt.
At the bottom, you'll find the Bitrefill Invoice ID.
