As well as enabling your two-factor authentication is a really simple process, so is disabling it. Here's how to turn it off.
Disabling your authentication
Go to your profile section and follow the path "App settings" > "Security" > "Two-factor authentication". Once inside, by pressing on the "Disable 2FA" button, the application will require you to enter a code provided by the authentication app for the deactivation to be successful.
In case it is impossible to access the two-factor authentication app, either due to theft, loss or problems with your device, you will need to rely on at least one of the ten recovery codes provided when activating the feature to restore access to your account.
We do not recommend disabling two-factor authentication if you still have access to your authentication application. This feature offers you a safeguard that can help you avoid being victim of scams, hacks or any other type of vulnerability that could result in the loss of your funds.
