Your account is paused

There are different reasons why your account may be inactive at the moment. We explain what this means.

Your account may have been paused for different reasons:

  • It could have been a request from your side. In this case, to unpause the account, you must contact support and follow the corresponding procedure, proving ownership of the account.

  • It could have been a preventive action, in order to prevent errors or remedy the effects of an error, in which case your account will probably be automatically unpaused once the issue is resolved.

  • Your account may have been paused due to the detection of prohibited conduct according to the app's Terms and Conditions of use.

✅ While your account is paused, you can still:

  • Access the app and view your balances

  • See your CVU and make deposits of Argentine Pesos

  • Download the detail of transactions and movements you have made previously.

❌ You will not be able to:

  • Make transactions or operations of any other type while your account is paused.

  • Receive deposits.

    📌 If someone sends you pesos while your account is restricted, the amount will be returned to the source account the following Friday.
