Whether you suffered a theft or loss of your cell phone and fear that your belo account is vulnerable, were a victim of an email hack, do not recognize an operation carried out from your account, or simply because you prefer it, you will be able to pause your account whenever you want.
How to pause your account?
You must contact the support team through the app's chat or send an email to [email protected] and request that your account be paused. By pausing your account, you can reset your PIN for greater security.
While your account is paused, you will still be able to:
Access the app and view your balances
See your CVU and make Argentine pesos deposits
Download the details of transactions and movements you have previously made.
You will not be able to:
Make any other type of transactions or operations, with your account still paused.
Receive deposits. If you receive deposits in pesos while your account is in this state, they will be returned to the source account.

How to unpause your account?
To unpause your account and resume its normal use, you must contact us from the app support or via email at [email protected].
