You <a href="https://help.belo.app/en/articles/5983150-how-do-i-request-my-physical-belo-mastercard">requested your card within the app</a> and now all you have to do is wait while you enjoy your <a href="https://help.belo.app/en/articles/5650387-can-i-use-the-virtual-card-before-the-physical-one-arrives">virtual card</a> at online merchants and through <a href="https://help.belo.app/en/articles/5982954-store-my-belo-mastercard-in-mercado-pago-to-use-it-to-pay-from-my-mobile-phone">payment applications</a>.

But how long does it take to arrive? Approximately 3 working days between the time you requested it from the app and the time it arrives at the indicated address.

Once you receive it, you can simply <a href="https://help.belo.app/en/articles/5987512-i-have-a-card-how-do-i-activate-it">activate it</a> in the app to start using your cryptocurrencies at merchants all around the world,

If your card is shown as delivered but did not arrive at your address, send us a message through the app so we can fix it. You will have up to 4 business days to file the claim.
