You can send and receive transfers in Argentine pesos to any bank or payment account in the country. The destination account doesn’t need to be in your name.
Transfers are usually credited instantly, although in some cases it can take up to 24 hours. If there’s any issue or delay with a withdrawal or transfer, please contact our support team so we can help you.
From the main screen, tap “Transfer”. You can choose one of your frequent contacts or add a new contact. Then select whether you want to send Argentine pesos or cryptocurrencies.
After selecting “Pesos”, enter the recipient’s details. You can use a CBU, CVU, ALIAS, or the $belotag of another belo user.
Next, enter the amount you want to send. Below that, choose the currency you’d like to pay with — the funds will be debited from your balance at the time of confirmation.
Once you confirm the details, the transfer is processed instantly.
If you don’t have pesos in your balance, you can select another currency to send. There’s no need to manually exchange your funds beforehand — the app automatically converts your balance at the current exchange rate.
You can also send money to other belo users via their $belotag, in pesos or cryptocurrencies, instantly and free of charge.
If you created your account with a non-Argentine ID 🌎
You can send pesos to bank accounts in Argentina even if your account was created with another country’s ID. Any currencies in your balance will be automatically converted into pesos when you make the transfer.
What currencies are debited upon transfer? 💰
When finalizing a transfer, you must enter the amount you want the destination account to receive. If you decide to send 100, 100 will be credited on the other end. No surprises.
The funds used for the transfer will be debited from your account according to the selection you have made in your payment currencies and will be automatically converted to Reais. You can choose a preferred order for the use of your money.

From the main screen, you must click "Transfer" > "To a new contact > "International".
Select "Argentina" to make a transfer to accounts in Argentina and enter the amount you wish to send.
After that, it will be necessary to enter the personal and bank account information, your own or a third party's, to which you want to make the transfer.
Finally, you need to review the details correctly and click confirm to complete the transfer.
🚨 When transferring, it is important to note that the transfer will not arrive in your name to the destination account, so if the receiving bank or platform requires the transfer to be made from an account in your name, it will not be credited.
