What are these rewards? 🤔

By keeping a USDT balance in your belo account, you can earn up to 10% in extra rewards. You don't have to fill out any paperwork or move your money: they are calculated automatically on your available and reserved balance.

This percentage may vary depending on your country and the current time. If there are changes that affect your account, we will notify you through the app.

Who can receive these rewards?

You can receive them if you meet the following requirements:

  • You have verified your identity on belo, with residence or nationality in Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, or Brazil.

  • You accepted the general yield Terms and Conditions.

  • You maintain a balance of at least 5 USDT.

If you are not receiving them and think you should be, write to us through this chat and we will look into it.

How do I receive the rewards? 📈

They are credited automatically, every business day (Monday to Friday), directly to your balance. You will see them listed as Reward on your receipts and in your transaction history.

How long are they available?

These rewards are available for a period of 9 to 12 months. If there are changes to the percentage or availability, we will notify you in advance through the app.

Frequently Asked Questions 📃

Do I need to do anything to start receiving them?

No. If you meet the requirements, you will automatically start receiving them on your current balance.

Is there a balance limit for earning rewards?

Yes, they are calculated on up to 12,000 USD of your balance. Anything you hold above that amount continues to function as your regular balance, with no changes.

What happens if my balance drops below 5 USDT?

As long as it remains below that minimum, you will not receive extra rewards. They will automatically reactivate as soon as your balance exceeds it again.

Can I stop receiving them?

Yes, if your account no longer meets any of the requirements, or if we detect usage that does not comply with these rewards.
