Need to receive money from the U.S.? You can now create a request in belo and share it to receive money directly via Cash App. Funds are credited to your account in seconds.
What is it for?
It’s the simplest way to receive dollars: you create a request, share it, the sender pays via Cash App, and the money arrives automatically in your belo account.
How does it work?
In the belo app, you create a request with the amount you want to receive. The sender opens it, sees the amount, and sends the money via Cash App using the Lightning Network. Once the payment is confirmed, the funds are credited to your account as USDC.
The fee is 2%, but we cover it. You receive the full amount defined in the request.
✅ What you need to know:
The request has a fixed amount defined by you
It doesn’t expire and can be reused
It can be used multiple times and shared with different people
You can create as many requests as you want
The sender must have an active Cash App account
The weekly sending limit is USD 999 per person (Cash App limit). As a receiver, you have no limits
Funds are credited in about 6 seconds (up to 6 minutes in some cases)
If there’s an issue with your account, your requests will be removed and you’ll be notified
