You entered the app, clicked on the "Send" button to transfer your pesos or cryptocurrencies, but when you scan the QR code of the destination address, an error occurs or the app does not recognise that address as valid.
What should you do?
First of all, make sure that it is possible to send to that QR code. Maybe you are trying to make a transfer to an address that is not possible to scan using the app. You can find out which ones you can by clicking here.
If the destination address is one of the enabled ones, but it is still not possible to send the transfer, go to the Help > Chat with belo section or send us an email to [email protected] so we can check where the problem is.
If the transfer does not complete and you need to send it as soon as possible, we recommend that you enter the written address in the "Send" box in order to make the transfer anyway.
