How do I request my belo Mastercard®?

You can easily request your belo Mastercard® from the app and start using your crypto however and wherever you like 💳

It’s super easy. Just go to the "My cards" section, where you can manage your cards and choose the order in which your currencies will be used.

There you’ll find the "Request a new card" button. Tap it to order either a virtual or a physical card. The virtual card will be automatically enabled on your account, allowing you to manage your purchases.

Choose the physical one and select the delivery address—it can be the one on your ID or any other you prefer. It doesn’t have to match the address you used when you signed up.

Once your info is confirmed, your card will be on its way and delivered by mail to the address you provided. Right after you request it, there won’t be a tracking number just yet, but it’ll show up under the "My cards" section within 24 business hours.

Once it arrives, all you need to do is activate it and start using it.

If your card gets lost or stolen, you can report it from the app and request a new one to keep using your crypto at merchants around the world.
