How to request your card
It’s super easy. Just go to the Cards section, where you can manage your cards and choose the order in which your currencies will be used.
There you’ll find the Request virtual card or Request physical card button.
💡 At the moment, cards are only enabled for Argentine users.
Virtual card
The virtual card will be enabled instantly, so you can easily manage your payments. No prior requirements are needed.
Physical card
To unlock the physical card, you must first meet one of the following requirements:
Use the virtual card for more than 1 month
Make more than 10 approved purchases with the virtual card
Once you complete one of them, you can start your card request by tapping on the Request physical card option. You will need to set the delivery address, which can be the one on your ID or any other of your preference. This is independent of the one you selected when creating your account.
Once the details are confirmed, your card will be on its way and will be delivered by mail to the indicated address. You won't have a tracking number as soon as you request it, but it will appear in the Cards section in less than 24 business hours.
When you receive it, you just have to activate it to start enjoying it.
In case of theft or loss of your card, you must report it from the app to create a new one and continue using your crypto in stores around the world.
