At the moment you <a href="https://help.belo.app/en/articles/5717230-how-to-open-a-belo-account-from-anywhere-in-the-world">register in the app</a>, you will be asked to enter a PIN code.

This 6-digit code will be your password every time you log in to the app.

Why is it a requirement? Because we prioritize security and we want to guarantee that you are the one who is actually viewing and operating from your account.

If you find it more convenient and your smartphone allows it, you may also use biometric identification to access the app. You will be able to choose this option in the PIN entry screen.

We would like to remind you: NO ONE from the belo team will EVER ask you for your pin or any other password,
