The process to reset it is very simple: when you open the app and need to enter your PIN, just tap the 'Forgot my PIN' option.
1. Record a Video Selfie
As part of the identity verification process, you'll need to record a video selfie from within the app. You'll be asked to show your face and possibly make some specific gestures to confirm that you are the real account holder.
🚨 Make sure the video is clear and well-lit to avoid any issues during the validation process.
2. Wait for Confirmation
Once you submit your video selfie, our team will review your request to ensure that the details match your identity. This process may take a few minutes.
3. Reset Your PIN
After your identity is confirmed, you'll receive an email, and you'll be able to log into your belo account to safely reset your PIN. And that's it!
Please note that resetting your PIN incurs a fee of 0.30 USDT. This amount will be waived for the first two times you reset your PIN. From the third reset onwards, the fee will apply, so it’s important to keep your PIN secure.
