Send and receive pesos and cryptocurrencies
You will be able to deposit and withdraw both Argentine pesos and cryptocurrencies 24 hours a day. You can get to this area by clicking on the "Receive" tab on the left side of your screen.
In order to deposit pesos, you will have to make a transfer to the CBU provided by belo on that screen. It will be credited instantly after sending.
If you wish to receive cryptocurrencies, you will have to click on that option in the "Receive" screen. Then you can choose to receive USDT, USDC, DAI, BTC and ETH. It is important that you take into account the networks supported by belo for crypto transfers.
To transfer both pesos and cryptocurrencies, you must click on the "Transfer" tab on the left side of your screen. You will find a unique box where you will have to enter the transfer address. It may be a CBU or CVU, Alias, Bitcoin, Lightning, Ethereum or Tron address.
It is important to keep in mind -both when sending and receiving- that you will only be able to make transfers in Argentine pesos outside of belo with bank or payment accounts of your own company.
$belotag
You can use the $belotag to send both pesos and cryptocurrencies to any belo account instantly and free of charge, whether you are an individual or a company. You can also receive pesos or crypto by sharing your $belotag with other belo users.
Swap your funds
You will be able to trade your different currencies on belo 24 hours a day. By visiting the "Swap" tab, you will access the screen with the different buying and selling prices in real time and you will be able to make your trades right there, entering the amount either in the currency of origin or the currency of destination.
Transfer dollars to a foreign account
Your belo business account allows you to simply transfer money abroad. You can send dollars overseas by means of ACH transfers.
The total fee for the transfer is 1.5%.
The minimum amount to be transferred is 5,000 USD, the maximum is 500,000 USD.
You will find this feature available in the "Global money" tab.
Monitor your transactions and download reports
In the "Movements" section you can monitor the different transactions performed on your belo account. If you are interested in obtaining a statement of all your account movements in a given period of time, you should click on the profile area on the upper right side of the screen.
There you will find the option "Activity report", where you should select the desired period and will automatically receive the report in your e-mail.
OTC Trading
You will soon be able to make OTC trades directly on the web platform, in order to have access to the best possible prices when performing high volume movements. In the meantime, you should get in touch with the team via the built-in chat at the bottom right of the screen.
What about utility payments? What about Pix payments?
Nobody is perfect! In our case, these features are not yet available in the first version of the web platform. You'll need to log in to your account through the mobile app in the meantime. We'll update you!
