You probably logged in with a different email address than the one you used to create your account. Here's how to fix it

If you logged in to the app but you find that an alert asks you to verify your identity again, or you panic when you see that your balance is at 0, you have probably logged in with a different email than the one you used to create your account. Don't worry, it's a very common mistake and it's easy to fix.

In a few simple steps:

  1. Click on your photo on the home page. There you will access your profile.

  2. In the top right corner you will find the icon to log out.

  3. Now you should click on the option that appears on the screen as "I already have an account".

  4. Remember to log in with your original email address, the one you entered the first time you used the app.
