For the purposes of Belo’s General Terms and Conditions, “Restricted Jurisdictions” are those countries in which the Developer does not offer the Services and whose residents may not register for or operate a Belo Account. Currently, these include:
Belarus · China (Mainland) · Cuba · India · Iran · Iraq · Israel · Myanmar · Nepal · Nicaragua · North Korea · Russia · Syria · Turkey · Ukraine · Vietnam.
Certain high-risk countries may be subject to additional controls, operational restrictions, or to the Developer’s decision not to provide the Services. This list may be updated at any time for regulatory, sanctions-related, or internal policy reasons, and its current version shall be automatically incorporated into the General Terms of Service.
“Restricted Activities” are those for which the Developer does not offer the Services, and whose participants may not register for or operate a Belo Account. These include, among others, companies or individuals involved in: illegal or highly regulated activities; fundraising for political campaigns; military activities or suppliers; embassies, consulates, or diplomatic entities; illegal commercialization of marijuana and related products; shell banks or financial structures without a regulated physical presence; unauthorized casinos, betting, or gambling activities; and the pharmaceutical industry without valid regulatory authorization.
Additionally, the Global Card may not be used for:

  • Purchase or exchange of cryptocurrencies

  • Dark web marketplaces, piracy services, or cybercrime-related services

  • Firearms, ammunition, or explosives (corporate use)

  • Hazardous materials or chemicals without regulatory authorization

  • Escort services or similar platforms

  • Unlicensed or illegal auctions

  • Unregulated lending or payday loans

  • Unauthorized brokerage of personal data

  • Trade in endangered species or wildlife products
