How can I see the catalog of available accommodations?

To access the extensive belo Travel accommodation catalog, you will need to create your user account on the website. It only takes a few seconds, and you can then book accommodation at the best price.

Is it safe to book with Entravel?

Yes, the platform is secure and works with verified providers.

In which countries can I book?

All over the world! It doesn't matter where you make the reservation from.

How far in advance can I book?

You can search and book accommodation up to 1 year in advance.

What types of accommodation are included?

Mainly hotels, although you will also find some hostels and apartments.

Can I book for a group?

Yes, up to 4 rooms at a time. If you need more, contact the support team.

How do I register to access the discounts?

To view the accommodation options, you must first log in. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one from this link. You only need an email and a password. It doesn't matter if it's not the account associated with belo: you can register with any email address.

Can I book without being a belo user?

Yes. We want more and more people to be able to access real benefits. Plus, soon you will be able to enjoy benefits if you pay with belo’s own methods 😉

💳 Payment Methods, Exchange Rate, and Taxes

What payment methods are available?

You can pay not only with your belo Mastercard, but also with cryptocurrencies pegged to the dollar value such as USDT and USDC, and Visa, Mastercard, and Amex cards. It is also possible to pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How can I pay with belo?

You have two options:

  1. belo Mastercard: By entering your card details, which you can find on the plastic (physical card) or in the app (virtual). It is important to note that our belo Mastercard is a card issued in Argentina and therefore, any foreign consumption will be charged in ARS (Argentine Pesos) and will be subject to the corresponding 30% tax.

  2. Cryptocurrencies: You can pay with USDT or USDC using the Tron, Polygon, Ethereum, Avalanche, Arbitrum, or Optimism networks. The transfer is manual, so you must follow these steps:

    1. When choosing the payment method, select “Pay with cryptocurrencies.”

    2. Choose between USDT or USDC. Both are stablecoins and maintain a 1:1 parity with the dollar. We suggest you check beforehand by logging into the belo app - Monedas (Currencies) which one has your balance or convert it to one of these options.

    3. Select the Network or Blockchain you want to use for the transfer. A payment address or address and the amount to pay will appear on the screen.

    4. From the belo app, on the home page, click on Transferir (Transfer) - A nuevo contacto (To new contact) - Criptomonedas (Cryptocurrencies), select the previously chosen currency and network, and you can:

      1. Scan the QR that appears on belo Travel

      2. Manually enter the payment address

    5. Enter the amount to transfer, verifying that it matches the amount shown on the belo Travel checkout. It is important to note that a minimum commission will be charged according to the network chosen in the previous step. You must add it to the total cost of the operation, that is:

      • If the hotel payment is 100 USDC, and the transfer commission is 1 USDC, you must send 101 USDC to cover the total amount.

    6. Once the correct amount has been transferred, you must confirm the operation on the belo Travel checkout by selecting the option “Finalizar, he pagado” (Finish, I have paid).

In what currency are the prices shown?

By default, prices are in US dollars (USD), but you can choose from almost 30 currencies: pesos, reales, euros, pounds, and more.

If you choose pesos, the site shows an estimated amount according to the official exchange rate at the moment. It is nothing more than a guiding price in local currency; however, the exchange rate will be applied by the corresponding card provider or bank.

What taxes apply if I pay with an Argentine card in pesos?

When paying with a card for foreign consumption, a 30% perception applied to foreign currency consumption will be added to the USD value shown on the site, through AFIP General Resolution N° 5617.

What should I consider when paying with a card from Argentina?

As mentioned in the previous point, this consumption is subject to the 30% tax on foreign consumption. This is why you will see a consumption in USD on your card statement, which, if paid in pesos, will be converted at the official exchange rate on the day of payment. In another section, the statement will also show the corresponding 30% tax (in pesos) for said consumption.

This perception will be returned by the card issuer or bank if you make the payment in dollars from your account. It is important that this is done after the closing date and before the due date, in the case of a credit card.

Can I pay in installments?

No, all reservations are paid in a single payment for now.

What language does the support work in?

What should I do if I have a problem with the reservation or payment?

Contact the Entravel support team directly from here. We do not offer customer service for this service at belo. We recommend you first consult with the issuer of the payment method you are using, in case you need prior authorization or an increase in limits when making the payment.

Can I modify a reservation?

It depends on the type of reservation. We recommend reviewing the hotel conditions and, if in doubt, contacting Entravel support.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes, if you chose a refundable option and do so before the established date. Each accommodation indicates its cancellation conditions on the voucher.

What happens if I don't receive the confirmation email?

Sometimes it may go to the spam folder. If you don't see it, contact Entravel support from this link.
